Fun fitness for mind, body, soul

Guess what? You can get fit, create a healthy balanced life, build your emotional fitness muscles and have fun at the same time!

In fact recent studies at the 2008 Olympic Village showed that the athletes who had the most balance of fun, social interaction and focused training proved to be the athletes who gained the best overall results! Why WORKout when you can play your way to a healthy and balanced body, mind and soul?

NaturoMoves is the new movement in fitness

We hope you will join us at one or many of our uniquely facilitated classes and forget about the old saying ‘no pain, no gain’.

At NaturoMoves you will see we’ve swapped the workout machinery and replaced it with good old fashioned connection with friends new and old. As you gain physical fitness you will also quite effortlessly be stretching your emotional and intellectual muscles. In doing so, we help you create whole of life fitness that is sustained well after the classes are finished! This new methodology created by our founder goes well beyond group therapy or a pump class. It changes lives...one (positive) step at a time.

NaturoMoves will help you:

Increase a sense of overall wellbeing and fitness
Feel more alive and energetic
Tap into your natural motivation (It’s bigger and better than ‘discipline’)
Stay focused
Increase positive self image
Stimulate fresh perspectives
Feel more empowered- regardless of your external environment

‘The future is not some place we are going but one we create. The paths are not found but made: and the activity of making them changes both the maker and the destination’
